MyGreenearth, has a no-return policy for confirmed projects and online shop orders unless items are delivered broken or in a non-working condition. For maintenance services, you can request a refund if you are not satisfied with the work. For online shop orders, any refund will be processed to the original account within 5-7 business days, and it is only issued if an item arrives damaged.

Return/Refund policy breakdown:

Online Shop Products

  • Final Sale: Orders placed on their online shop are generally considered final, and no refunds are provided.

  • Exceptions: A refund is only available if items are delivered broken or in a non-working condition.

  • Process: Once a refund is initiated, it takes 5-7 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Specific Products: For products like artificial grass, returns or refunds are only possible if there is a manufacturing defect after the product is confirmed.

Projects

  • Once confirmed, projects cannot be cancelled and are final.

Services (Landscaping and Maintenance)

  • Customer Satisfaction: If a client is unhappy with the work provided (e.g., garden maintenance services), they can request a refund, and the company states they will refund the entire amount, no questions asked.

  • Maintenance Plans: You can cancel a long-term maintenance plan at any time, and the balance amount will be refunded.
