1. Seller Policies

  • Sellers must provide accurate business details including PAN, GSTIN, and bank account information (where applicable).

Product Listings
  • Sellers must list products with clear descriptions, specifications, and high-quality images.

  • All products must comply with Indian laws, safety standards, and MyGreenearth’s sustainability guidelines.

  • Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, banned substances, or items violating intellectual property rights.

Pricing & Payments
  • Sellers must ensure transparent pricing with all taxes and charges included.

  • Payments are processed through MyGreenearth’s secure system, with timely disbursements to sellers after order completion.

  • Any disputes related to pricing or payments will be resolved as per MyGreenearth’s escalation process.

Order Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Sellers must confirm and ship orders within the committed timeline.

  • Products should be packaged securely and shipped through MyGreenearth’s logistics network or approved courier partners.

  • Delayed dispatch, non-delivery, or misrepresentation of products may lead to penalties or suspension.

Returns & Refunds
  • Sellers must honor MyGreenearth’s return and refund policy (applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products).

  • Refunds are processed to customers after the returned product is received and verified.

2. Buyer Policies
Buyer Responsibilities
  • Buyers must provide accurate shipping details and contact information.

  • Payments must be made only through MyGreenearth’s secure payment gateway.

  • Any misuse of offers, discounts, or fraudulent transactions will lead to account suspension.

Returns & Refunds
  • Buyers can request returns within the specified time frame (usually 7–10 days) based on the product category.

  • Products must be returned in original condition with packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the seller verifies the return.

3. MyGreenearth Platform Policies
Fair Usage & Trust
  • MyGreenearth is committed to maintaining a transparent and eco-conscious marketplace.

  • We reserve the right to suspend, delist, or ban sellers/buyers who violate our policies.

  • Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine customer experiences—fake or manipulated reviews are prohibited.

  • MyGreenearth will not sell or misuse personal information for unauthorized purposes.

Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes between buyers and sellers will first be handled through MyGreenearth’s internal support system.

4. Prohibited Activities

To keep MyGreenearth safe and reliable, the following are strictly prohibited:
